How Juno Rocket handles your documents, signatures, stamps and audit records.

Last updated: October 2026

1Where Your Data Lives

Juno Rocket runs on your organization's own server and works offline. Your signature and stamp library, settings and audit trail are kept in a local data folder on that server. They are not sent to Juno Rocket or to any third-party cloud service.

There is no account or sign-in. Actions in the workspace are recorded under the operator configured for your installation.

2Your Documents

Documents you open in the signing workspace are handled in your browser and on your own server while you work with them. We do not read, index or share their contents.

Documents your systems send for e-stamping are processed in memory. A stamped file is kept only until your system collects it, for 30 minutes at most, and is never written to disk. The original content of each document is left unchanged; stamps are added to the end of the file.

3Signatures and Stamps

Signature and stamp images you upload are stored in the local data folder. Stamps applied through e-stamping are drawn into documents by the server; people using the stamping screens only see watermarked previews.

4Audit Records

To keep a reliable record of who did what, Juno Rocket logs each action with the person's name, the document and stamp involved, the time, a SHA-256 checksum and the document's fingerprint before and after stamping. Each record also notes the IP address and browser that made the request.

Audit records keep these details, not the documents themselves. Records are only ever added, never edited.

5No Tracking or Analytics

Juno Rocket does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not collect usage data.

6Your Control Over Data

Because the data lives on your server, your organization decides how long to keep it and who can access it. Backing up, moving or deleting the data folder backs up, moves or deletes the stored library, settings and audit trail.
