Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use Juno Rocket.

Last updated: October 2026

1Using Juno Rocket

Juno Rocket is software for signing and stamping documents. You may use it to prepare, sign, stamp and export documents, and to connect your own systems for e-stamping, as set out in your agreement with us.

2Signatory and Stamp Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any signatures, corporate stamps or seals added to Juno Rocket are authorized by the appropriate parties within your organization, and that stamp permissions are assigned to the right people.

Juno Rocket provides the signing and stamping tools; it does not independently verify a signatory's authority or the content of a document.

3Your Installation and Data

Juno Rocket runs on your organization's own server. You are responsible for operating that server, controlling access to it and backing up its data folder, which holds your signature and stamp library, settings and audit trail.

4Document Stamping

E-stamps are added to the end of a document so the original stays intact. Documents that cannot be stamped safely, such as encrypted files or files certified against changes, are returned unchanged with a reason.

Stamps are visual marks recorded in the audit trail; they are not digital signatures. Whether a stamped document meets a particular legal or regulatory requirement is for your organization to determine.

5Availability and Governing Law

We aim to keep Juno Rocket reliable and up to date. Support, updates and the governing law for these terms are as set out in your agreement with us.
